Scary Places
Have you ever been on a small ‘suspension’ bridge when some ‘prankster’ tries to make it into a swing? You know you need to keep moving, but fear freezes you!
By the time the Apostle Paul arrives in Corinth, he has been beaten, jailed, and run out, or mocked in the last 4 towns he visited. Apparently he was feeling the ‘sting’ of that rejection and was perhaps getting ready to run, because Jesus tells him: “Stop being afraid, keep on speaking, for I have many people in this city.” If we will live beyond ourselves, we too must “Keep On Telling God’s Unfolding Story!”
May the God of all encouragement encourage you today!
